On-Site Assessment
Prior to the completion of the Online Congregational Survey, the On-Site Assessment Team of 2 to 4 individuals from outside the church are selected. They are highly effective pastors or laity that understand healthy church principles and have been exposed to the assessment process or even better, trained to do assessments.
On an agreed upon start date, the assessment team will spend three to four days at the church. The assessment team will arrive having studied the data collected through the completion of the Congregational Self-Study, the Online Congregational Survey, and the MissionInsite Community Demographics. During this time, they will continue to gather information through observation, and individual and group interviews.
